We encourage you to report any concern related to:

• Fraud, corruption, bribery, or criminal activity
• Misuse or unauthorised use of Bank funds or assets
• Breaches of laws, regulations, or Bank policies
• AML/KYC violations
• Conflicts of interest or unethical conduct
• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or unsafe practices
• Customer service breaches
• Environmental, social, or human rights violations
• Actions that threaten the Bank’s integrity or security
• Attempts to conceal wrongdoing

Your Protection
Tropical Bank Limited guarantees that whistleblowers:

• Are protected from retaliation, harassment, or victimisation
• May report anonymously if they prefer
• Will have their identity kept confidential
• Will have their concerns handled fairly, independently, and promptly
• Will not face dismissal, demotion, or any unfair treatment for reporting in good faith
  Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
