Kateme Aisha Bbosa is a seasoned Treasury professional with over 20 years of banking experience and expertise in Treasury operations, Asset and Liability Management, financial strategy, and balance sheet optimisation.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (Accounting and Finance). She also holds several professional certifications, including the ACI
Dealing Certificate, a Certificate in Treasury Management, and a Level 3 Certification in Risk in Financial Services from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
Aisha currently serves as Head of Treasury, providing strategic leadership in treasury management with a focus on liquidity optimisation, financial risk oversight, and supporting the Bank’s growth objectives. She brings extensive experience from her tenure at Bank of Baroda (Uganda), where she held several roles across the institution, including in the Treasury and International Division.
