Subject to all laws and Government Regulations, where an account is in foreign currency any demand on the Bank for payment from such account is properly met by the Bank issuing a draft or effecting a transfer or making payment in any other manner in foreign currency at the discretion of the Bank. Opening of the account(s), there maintenance and all types of transactions in the account(s) will be subject to the Foreign Exchange regulations and instructions issued by Bank of Uganda as amended from time to time
