These General Terms and Conditions and any Specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Uganda and the Customer hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Uganda Courts.

The Bank may, however bring any action before any courts in any other jurisdiction outside Uganda.
